Ingredients
- 12 oz Baker's White Chocolate
- 1 1/2 c Craisins
- 1 1/2 c pistachios
Instructions
- Break the white chocolate into pieces and place in microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute increments. Stirring in between until chocolate is melted.
- Stir in 1 1/4 cup of both Craisins and pistachios.
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and pour candy mixture evenly over sheet.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of Craisins and pistachios on top of candy for decoration adn let rest in fridge or freezer until chocolate has hardened.
- Break into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
