Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt, or to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper.
- Pull apart cauliflower head into florets, discarding stems. Add to a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Toss or mix with a wooden spoon to coat cauliflower.
- Spread evenly onto baking sheet and place in oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees and stir cauliflower every 10 minutes for 40-60 minutes.
- Let cool, and if you'd like, serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
