These delicious brownie energy bites taste like a brownie with none of the guilt! They’re dairy-free, vegan, and contain no refined sugar, plus they’re raw, so you can take in all the nutrients and natural enzymes in the foods. Major win.
I like to eat these ‘lil treats as an afternoon snack, a healthy dessert, with a hot cup of joe, or as a pre- or post-workout snack!
I chose to incorporate Dark Chocolate Health Warrior Pumpkin Seed Bars into these brownie bites, because they provide the exact flavor profile I was going for in my energy bites. Their pumpkin seed bars are delicious on their own, and are one of my go-to afternoon snacks. They’re made of 100% organic ingredients, are low in sugar, and contain 8 grams of protein to fuel my day.
I’ve used walnuts in the past to make paleo brownie bites, but had a few of the pumpkin seed bars on my kitchen counter. I had a hunch they would be delicious thrown in a food processor with some additional cocoa and coconut oil, and I was right! I’ll be making a batch of these again really soon.
