Ingredients
- 1/2 c fresh arugula
- 1/3 c banana, frozen
- 1/3 c pineapple, frozen
- 1 tbsp. ginger, fresh
- 1/2 c almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add additional almond milk if consistency is too thick. Top with dried or freshly grated turmeric.
