Ingredients
- 1 avocado, halved and pitted
- 1/4 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lime or 1/4 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/8 c water
- 1/2 oz fresh cilantro, leaves and stems
Instructions
- Wash the cilantro and pat dry.
- Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy. You may want to add a bit more water to thin the sauce to your liking.
- Enjoy immediately. If you have leftover, store in an airtight container with the avocado pit. Consume within 24 hours.
