Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 c green beans, washed and trimmed
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat over to 425 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey. Add green beans and toss to evenly coat.
- Spread green beans onto a baking pan and cook for 15 minutes. Add cranberries and almonds and roast for 5 more minutes. Best served warm.
