Ingredients
- 1 store-bought cauliflower pizza crust
- 1/4 c tomato sauce (your choice)
- 1/4 c artichoke heart, quartered
- 1/4 c sun dried tomatoes, julienned
- 1/4 c goat cheese
- 1/3 c parmesan cheese
- 1 c arugula tossed in olive oil
Instructions
Cauliflower Crust
- Prepare cauliflower crust as instructed on the box.
Pizza
- Spread tomato sauce onto baked crust.
- Place toppings of your choice ( we chose artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, goat cheese, parmesan cheese) onto the baked pizza crust.
- Broil on high for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with our simple arugula salad recipe!
