Ingredients
- 1/2 c Banza pasta or another chickpea pasta
- 1/4 c fresh broccoli pesto (see recipe in blog post)
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil.
- Once at a boil, add in chickpea pasta and cook for 7 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Drain water from pasta.
- Add pesto and serve! Garnish with some chopped walnuts and fresh basil sprig.
