Ingredients
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/3 c red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a blender and combine until pureed. You can also use an emulsion blender instead of a food processor.
- Let sit for 20-30 minutes before serving to let flavors enhance.
