Ingredients
Pudding
- 2 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 c coconut milk, light or full fat
- 1/2 tbsp. honey, optional
- 1 banana, mashed
Toppings
- 3 tbsp. almonds, sliced
- 1/4 c raspberries
Instructions
- Mash banana with a fork until smooth. The riper the banana, the easier to mash.
- Mix chia seeds, coconut milk and honey together in a small bowl or serving dish such as a martini glass or small mason jar.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Before serving top with your fresh fruit and nuts. Toppings are optional!
