Ingredients
- 3 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c cream of wheat
- 3 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 1/2 c low sodium chicken stock (no onions, no garlic!)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine flour and cream of wheat in a large bowl. Place canola oil in another large bowl. Add flour mixture to the oil slowly, mixing with chicken stock until combined. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface before rolling out to ¼ inch thickness. Cut with your favorite cookie cutters and transfer to a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
