Ingredients
- 14 oz Mild Italian pork sausage (I use WF 365 brand)
- 1 Small Granny Smith apple, finely diced
- 3 tbsp. Almond flour
- 1 tsp. Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- To store: stack in airtight container with wax paper between each layer of patties.
- When ready to cook, heat 1 tablespoon of oil or ghee over medium heat. If you have a good nonstick skillet, you may not need any oil or ghee!
- Cook 4-5 minutes on each side, or until brown and crispy on the edges and cooked through. Enjoy!
