Ingredients
- 4 whole carrots
- 6 radishes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil (or enough to coat vegetables)
- smoked paprika
- garlic powder
- salt and freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Wash and roughly chop carrots and radishes. In a prep bowl, toss the carrots and radishes with enough olive oil to coat and the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the vegetables evenly across the baking sheet to ensure optimal roasting. Roast for about 20 minutes.
