Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. roughly chopped rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 c green beans, washed and trimmed
- sea or course salt
- pepper
- 1 quarter of a lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spread green breaks on a baking pan and drizzle (or spritz) with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper and toss using tongs to evenly coat.
- Roast in oven for 15 minutes, add almonds, and roast for 5 more minutes.
- Remove and lightly spritz with lemon. Serve warm or cold.
