Ingredients
- 12 jalapenos, halved and seeded
- 6 slices bacon, cut in half
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 c pimento cheese

Instructions
- Turn on the Traeger grill to smoke setting for 4-5 min to establish the fire.
- After 4-5 minutes, turn heat setting to 375 degrees F and allow to preheat for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds (if you prefer your poppers spicy - leave the seeds in!)
- Smear the cream cheese topped with pimento cheese into each halved jalapeño.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with the half strip of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped jalapenos on a rimmed baking sheet. Place on the preheated grill for 30 minutes.
