Ingredients
- 4 strawberries, diced small
- 1/2 tbsp. shallot, diced small
- 1/2 tbsp. jalepeño (seeds removed) diced small
- 1 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped finely
- 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Serve on the side or over raw oysters.
