Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/2 c quick oats
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (plus extra to sprinkle on top)
- 1/3 c honey (or agave or maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c vegetable or coconut oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra to sprinkle on top)
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT for chocolate chips, in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a lightly greased 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle extra sea salt and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
