Ingredients
- 1 c wild rice
- 1/4 c dried cranberries
- 1/4 c pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium sauce pan over medium high heat. Once water comes to a boil, add wild rice and turn heat to low. Cover and let cook for 45 minutes.
- Roughly chop pecan halves.
- Once rice is fully cooked, combine craisins and chopped pecans. Dish may be served hot or cold. Enjoy!
