I love topping mine with a fried egg, and Ellen opted to use leftover ground meat from an Armenian Burger she made. It beauty of this recipe is that it gives you ability to mix and match your ingredients – like bell peppers, jalapenos, or sausage – depending on what you have in the fridge!
